There are times when stress, trauma, loss and other circumstances can lead to disharmony, depression, anxiety, confusion, family problems, chronic pain and even serious mental health challenges. NARA NW’s Adult Mental Health Program provides a variety of counseling and support services for adults ages eighteen (18) and older.

Referral and Intake Process
All calls are returned within one business day. Initial assessments are made by a mental health counselor. Psychiatric evaluation may be scheduled after an assessment has been completed by the mental health counselor.
